Om Bold Optical Fair and/or Bold XL it is necessary to order tickets; without a valid ticket, admission may be refused. Bold is only accessible to opticians and optics-related companies. Tickets can be ordered free of charge via the link on Bold's website.
Intellectual property and copyrights
Image and/or sound recordings may be made of the event and the visitors. These image and/or sound recordings can be made public and reproduced. The Visitor grants unconditional permission to make the aforementioned recordings and exploit them without the organization or third parties being or will be liable to pay compensation to the Visitor. The Visitor hereby transfers any neighboring and/or copyright and/or portrait rights to the organization without any restrictions. Furthermore, the Visitor irrevocably waives the right to invoke his/her personality rights. The copyrights on the image and/or sound material in the context of the (digital) event/meeting belong to Bold or third parties. In no way are the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, transferred to the Visitor.
Exceptional provisions
The Visitor is not permitted to advertise/distribute (including flyers) during the event/meeting in question of his/her own company or other companies that do not participate in the event/meeting in question. Furthermore, the Visitor must follow instructions from Bold employees in the context of the event/meeting. Failure to follow the above instructions may result in expulsion from the event/meeting.
Liability
Although the event/meeting, or the information and/or (work) material offered in that context, has been compiled with the utmost care, Bold accepts no liability for damage of any kind that is the direct or indirect result of actions and/or decisions, which are (partly) based on the information provided and/or (work) material from the event/meeting. Bold is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, lost savings, reduced goodwill and damage due to business stagnation suffered by the Visitor. Bold accepts no liability for direct damage unless the other party can demonstrate intent or gross negligence on the part of Bold. To the extent that Bold is liable for any direct damage, this liability is limited to a maximum of the amount covered by its insurance. Bold is in no way liable for loss or theft of property of the other party at the event/meeting. Bold is in no way liable for personal injury and other damage resulting from the actions or omissions of others than Bold or caused by goods or materials of the location holder or the caterer. Bold is only liable for the aforementioned damage if its intent or gross negligence can be attributed to it.
